Dr. Ritesh Shah is Board Certified in Gastroenterology. He has been in practice since 2006. Dr. Shah received both his Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry with high honors and also his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC. Following his residency, he completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Dr. Shah has co-authored several publications and earned honors including, Internal Medicine Resident of the Year, Anderson Scholar, Dean’s List, Golden Key National Honors and Phi Beta Kappa Junior Inductees. Dr. Shah is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association.
