Don't waste your time. This lady used to be good, but for some reason has no time to listen to exactly what you want. I took a pair of new pants in to be taken up, along with the shoes that I wanted to wear with them. Long story short, she bullied me into making them shorter than they needed to be. When I returned to show her that the pants now looked stupid with the heels I had brought in originally, she actually said she would never have made them that short and they looked wrong. After telling me she would let the hem down for free, there is now a mark from the original hem she did. After stating it would come out at the dry cleaners, and placating me with "sure you come back with the receipt for the cost of the pants if the marks remained. Long story short - dry cleaners could not remove the mark, and after going back to her she accused me of doing something to my own brand new pants, and that she would not have made the mark, and needed an expert to check that she did the work. - No idea how she would achieve that one - She has been very rude; ruined a pair of $70 dollar pants, not to mention the dry cleaner bill. Don't take your clothes there, unless you are willing to take the risk of her ruining them and blaming you for her mistake.
