Well lets see we arrived at the resort to check in and we find out the company we rented from panhandle getaways should have given us a passcode to get into the room and they didn't send it the woman claimed it was a mistake and said well maybe you need to check your spam mail maybe its there. Strike#1!!!!! The room was not all that clean at all marks were left on the floor from the peoples luggage that had stayed there before us stove and dishes were nasty table still had food on it. Strike#2!!!! Rented the place because of the pool and all the things that the wharf had to offer get to looking for a way to get into the pool and there was no card left in the room for it. The lady from customer service at panhandle getaways said that housekeeping would bring us one the next morning well they never showed. So I call them back and they tell me the housekeeper they use is out of town and a that if we wanted to pick one up we could go to the pilot house to be nice and still a bit understanding we did. Went and got the card for the pool got ready and went to the pool only to find out the card didn't work so here we go again. We call back and the woman says well they will have to bring you one in the morning and that never happened. So finally on the fourth day of our stay which was only five days the housekeeper finally brings us a key to the pool. So to make up for there mistakes they then offer us and extra night for free and we accepted it thinking well ok they are trying to make up for all the issues. So we are there on the morning we were really supposed to have checked out we take our dogs out to potty before we go to the beach. Only to come back to the room only to find out the passcode for the door is not good anymore so here we are with our two small dogs locked out of our room so i leave my wife and dogs standing out by our room while I walk a half a mile back to where you have to check in at the Grand main building. I had just taken my dogs out and all my stuff was in the room cell phone and all. So I get to the main building to use the phone and the woman tells me that the code for the room has changed and that she forgot to mention that it would. Now this was the icing on the cake for everything. Here we are these people have pretty much ruined our vacation which can not be given back. We paid close to seven hundred dollars for a bunch of crap!!!!!!!!! They can not fix the vacation being ruined they could atleast give me half of my money back for all the issues but they dont want to do that. All they want to do is bring up well we gave you and extra night well to my understanding that was to make up for the whole issue will the card for all the amminaties that came with the place. But failing to tell someone that a code is going to change is just uncalled for to leave someone with to small dogs locked out of there room looking like a fool. They just don't realize how having bad remarks on reviews will hurt there business. Well we questioned as to why no one was really renting the place right before us and after us and now we know why. Read the remarks on the bbb board sight too before you rent a place I really wish I had before we rented from this company. I would suggest that you rent from any other company than panhandle getaways!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now don't get me wrong the buildings and the whole area in the resort and the people here have been nice and great but not panhandle getaways thats the only ones we have had any issues with.
