If you are looking for someone to see your case from start to finish, McChesney is not for you. McChesney not only strongly encouraged me not to fight, he layed down and put my finances at risk. When it was all over he chose to use the unprofessional words "I told you so" and terminated our relationship before the entire case was over. I was left abandoned and vulnerable to the actions of the other attorney. Mr. McChesney has lost his edge and may possibly be suffering from dementia. He is very forgetful and not only would not recommend but I strongly discourage you as he is a financial liability .
