What a joke, huge let down after a 3.5 hour drive one way. Car looked great in pics but different story in person. During test drive I thought I was going to run out of gas, a engine light was on dash. I asked car salesman about it & he tried saying it was bc it was low in gas. It had no owners manual. This place was shady! I'm so thankful I drove 10 miles from this place to a real car dealership. Where I purchased a car and love it! I would not recommend to anyone

If I could give them zero stars I would! We drove 2 hours to purchase a 2010 Toyota Highland with 46K miles. We've had it for 5 weeks and the engine blew bc someone put stop leak in the radiator (which stopped the radiator leak for a short time). Now I have a blown engine and radiator. We bought the extended warranty through our bank but because stop leak was in the radiator they consider that the car was tampered with and they won't pay to fix it. I have negotiated them paying $3200 which leaves us paying $5600. Not only has this happened, we purchased the car and we had to go straight to the gas station because it was on empty. We realized we didn't get the key fob. The dealership had already closed so we called them Monday morning. We were told that it didn't come with one. When I mentioned that the ad said the car had keyless entry and alarm system, which can neither be worked without the key fob, the sales man said ok let me talk to my manager and call you back. Of coarse no one called back. I called again he said we will pay half for it (it cost $250) I argued and they offered to get me one. Which 5 weeks later I still haven't received. The ad also advertised that the car had power passenger seats, power hatch and memory seats which it has none of these! I'm putting this out there in hopes that this NEVER happens to anyone else!!! I talked to the floor manager today about the engine and he said "well what do you want me to do?" I said "I either want you to take the car back or help me get it fixed" he said "ok well neither of those are going to happen". Buyers BEWARE!!! Even if we had taken it to a mechanic to get it checked out they would not have found the problem because at the time the stop leak was covering it up!

Steer clear of this used car dealer. There is a reason for all of the negative reviews. My experience was nightmarish.

Marietta Auto Sales is not an automobile dealership. It is a run-down used car lot.

I found the car through AutoTrader and flew from Tucson, Arizona to Atlanta to purchase the car. The salesman told me on the phone that it was a “high end” dealership and that the car was in excellent condition.

First, this car dealer misrepresented the options on the car. They advertised that the car had the sport package and premium sound system package, totaling more than $5,700 MSRP. We re-negotiated the price.

Second, after test-driving the car, I mentioned that I smelled an “animal” odor in the car, and the manager told me that it was the chemical disinfectant they used to detail the car. I accepted this, but on the drive back to Tucson, the smell got worse, and I was forced to stop in Austin for a complete detailing. The detailing, with ozone treatment, did not solve the odor problem and during their inspection, they discovered a spill in the trunk under the battery (complete with maggots). In order to eliminate the source of the smell and the parts the smell had permeated, the trunk had to be dismantled, carpet and headliner replaced, etc., to the tune of $2,000+

The dealer has refused to compensate me.

I intend to file complaints with the Georgia Office of Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself some heartache and do not do business with this unprofessional and unscrupulous dealer.

I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Maxima. I enjoyed the buying process so far. They sale a lot of cars so the sales men are not as "aggressive" as other dealerships and that could be a turn off. None the less I was determined to get this particular car so I showed up and made sure I got what I wanted. Juan (a salesman there) was also helpful and kind. He did not pressure me to buy and seemed very knowledgeable of the cars I was looking at. I also think that Antonio (finance guy) is a God sent to that place. I'm not too sure I would have kept coming back if it wasn't for him being there. Because it was my first time buying a car Antonio took me aside to encourage me not to feel pressure to buy if it didn't feel right. He made me feel comfortable and I would send anyone to Marietta Auto Sales because of it.

Bought 2008 Lexus IS250 from Fred. The car was even nicer from what I saw online. I filled out the credit application in their website and I was called with the approval within one hour. I definitely would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good deal. The dealership itself is not the bigger or nicer in town but their inventory is great.

I loved the professionalism that Robert offered and the way he made the buying process so easy. The first car that I wanted was too expensive so he helped me find a car that was within my budget. The car that I chose is clean and drives excellently! I'm glad I came here!
