I recently bought a Elegant III tank from this store in Marietta, Ga and this lady behind the counter (African American Lady) suggested and sold me this tank. Now the problem is no other store carries coils for these besides this store that I can find. I recently bought a defective coil and tried to return it for another but the lady who I have shopped with quite a number of times refused to replace though she acknowledged they can be defective. She really wanted me to buy another one and was going to give me a coil from a used tank at FULL price!! Are you serious??? I wouldn't recommend this store at all as long as she is there!! HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!
