The Flooring Zone will take your money and never deliver the product. We’ve been waiting on our upstairs floor to be installed for 5 months. We were originally told by Miles that it would be installed by June 11th. That date came and went with no contact from Miles. After I reached out for an update he told me it’d be July 13th. That date has also passed. After leaving a negative review on the company’s Facebook page the other co-owner, Chris, reached out and told us that he would be taking things over from Miles. He told us we should have never been allowed to sign a contract without all the wood available to install. Chris has stopped returning our calls and even after sending a certified letter has not contacted us. There is no accountability from anyone in the company. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all cost. People deserve to be warned about The Flooring Zone’s bad business practices.
