Factory's Inc. was founded by Manuel Berkowitz in 1965. We specialize in diamonds, colored stones, and all types of fine jewelry, as well as estate jewelry. We have a complete manufacturing facility and are known for our custom jewelry work, which includes duplicating jewelry from photographs and client descriptions. Our company also handles jewelry appraisals, re-mounts, and repairs. We have a very extensive supplier network, which gives us the advantage of locating hard to find items. Factory's is also admirably known for our tailored and meticulous service. Harvey Berkowitz is the president of Factory's Inc. He has been with the company since 1971. Harvey is a graduate of the G.I.A ( Gemology institute of America ) diamond and colored stone programs, as well as being a charter member of the G.I.A alumni association and the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers. Marc Friedman has been with Factory's, Inc since 1974. He is a jewelry craftsman, along with assisting in the day to day operations of the store. Phil Judin was employed by Factory's, Inc in 1994. He is a master craftsman who is responsible for stone setting and major jewelry repairs, etc. Stacie Berkowitz Creel has been with Factory's, Inc since 1994. She is studying to complete a course in diamond grading with the GIA. Stacie assists clients with their jewelry needs as well as managing the day to day operations of the store. Our clientele are referred to us by previously satisfied clients, consisting of private individuals and independent retail stores.
