My wife and I have lived in East Cobb for over 30 years. Like most homeowners we have used a variety of contractors over the years providing expertise & service for a full range of projects!

That being said, no contractor has exceeded our value expectations more so than East Cobb Concrete!

They did a great job aligning our backyard project design and budget with our vision! And, just as important they were highly responsive, friendly during and thru post project follow up!

Simply, stated, East Cobb Concrete "exceeded" our project expectations
and we will continue to use and refer East Cobb Concrete to our friends, family and neighbors!

East Cobb Concrete did an excellent job repairing a drainage issue we were having into our house. Payman, the owner, designed a new patio and courtyard area that not only redirected the water problem, but also added a great look and value. All the workers were courteous and prompt, and Payman was great at keeping in touch and was easy to reach throughout the process. He also popped in several times to check on the project to make sure things were running smoothly. When an unexpected pipe problem presented itself, he and his crew had it remedied very quickly. We highly recommend this company.

East Cobb Concrete replace half of my driveway and fixed the sinkhole. Payman (owner) did a great job. Showed up on time and finished on time.

Best job ever. We had a bad experience with another contractor and Payman's team did a beautiful job. Only took 2 days what 'other guy' couldn't do in 12. His team was on time, worked hard and meticulous with clean up. Only one I would ever use.

East Cobb Concrete was hired to perform a complicated driveway replacement which had a large sinkhole underneath that required excavation before the replacement could begin. After obtaining multiple estimates - Payman Davoudpour was the only contractor that was willing to guarantee his workmanship 100% and stand by the original price of the estimate regardless of whatever was encountered during the project. He was professional, solution oriented and thorough to the completion of the project. It's reassuring to have the level of customer service and attention to detail on a project as intimidating as this was. I would recommend East Cobb Concrete for any project you might have from driveway replacement, patio work, to stone masonry or outdoor living spaces.

They do not perform the work contracted, and owner Payman Davoudpour will not communicate on fixes. He instructs hiw workman to cut corners wherever they can. Substandard work.
