Dahag replaced the screens on our pool. They lasted about a month before they started tearing and they refuse to replace them. Wouldn't even think about letting them work on my house again.

I recently purchased a home that was "rehabbed" by Dahag Services, LLC within the last 6 months. There are several reasons for the POOR rating.



The minor reasons include poorly laid and improperly stretched carpet throughout the whole house which will have to be redone, cabinetry with un-level faces on the drawers and stripped out holes for the tracks they run on, spray-painted (exposed) plumbing in the downstairs half-bath, cracked tiles in the upstairs second bath, poorly laid grout, improperly applied sealant (where nothing was cleaned prior to application so that there's paint, grout dust and dirt dried into it), and poor painting.



The major has to do with the master bath on the second floor. The materials used were too heavy for the supports in the floor. Given that the work was hastily done and no time or attention was given to the natural settling due to the increased weight, the floor sunk creating cracks in the grout everywhere in and around the tub and stand-alone shower, cracked tiles, and grading problems leading to leaking. The shower was improperly (and not completely) sealed before settling, and was even worse afterward. Additionally, sandstone grout was used in the floor (not a good idea when used with a pebble floor) which absorbs water due to its porousness. Further, a "seamless door" was installed in favor of the existing framed door because it "looks good." However, seamless doors are not supposed to be used in small showers because they are not supposed to have direct water spray - so the door leaks as well, leading to mold under the mismatched, poorly cut and laid quarter round.



To top it off, due to all the above, the shower poured water straight through the floor/ceiling into the living room, ruining the ceiling and leaving an odor in the carpet.

We purchased a home that had a new hvac system installed by Dahag Services prior to closing. The system was less than two months old when it failed completely. They did not stand behind their work with a warranty which only proves that they expected it to fail.
