Provided by YP.comWhen i walked into this Cato store i felt like i was entering into a major department store selling high in brands my customer service experience was GREAT. If i could remember the lady helping me name was Mardel she was AWESOME friendly attitude, great personality, well groomed also. All of the ladies were ready to help me the second i reached the door. This was great team work. I really wish all Cato's can have this same GREAT customer service.
