They sent the bill to a collection agency.Didn't even file it with insurance or try to contact me. Charged $486.00 for a 10 minutes visit in the ER. The hospital filed with the insurance so the Bortolazzo had my insurance information. I even called and said it was being appealed with the insurance group (as it was out of state) and to refile. Collection agency said they never filed it and they had a record of my call. Now I have to deal with a collection agency.
