Delighted and amazed don t even come close to describing our experience with Atlanta Design & Build. Our MBath project was in dire need of help! Dale Contant saw more possibilities than we ever imagined. Not only did the horrible issues of an incredibly gross, cramped and impossible to clean shower disappear; the ADB team discovered hidden mold issues in the poor original construction and ELIMINATED them for us. WOW! Our new bath provides an amazing jacuzzi tub with an expansive walk in shower! The entire space is a refreshing and open spa retreat. We could NEVER have envisioned or made it happen without Dale s vision and the talented carpentry of the ADB team. Trustworthy, Talented and Amazing. Couldn t be happier. Will never need anyone else

We've recently received a legal settlement to closeout our civil case against Atlanta Design & Build (Cobb County Superior Court Civil Action File 13-1-2866-42). We hired them to build a handicapped-accessible inlaw suite and they did a terrible job -- in fact, we later had to tear out large portions and repair them. Things we discovered during our case: ADB president Dale Contant's arrest record & felony conviction (Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement State ID # 1178511), ADB's "creative" accounting on our job, numerous construction defects on our property, significant permitting issues, subs left unpaid during the project, etc. Wishing we'd never hired them. We're wondering when NARI and other professional organizations will take a closer look.

Amazing ability to see the potential and create a space that surpasses anything we'd ever dreamed possible! Our 'typical' dated masterbath is now amazing! A spa we ENJOY - with luxury in the materials and design without totally revamping the space. Minor 'changes' for a MAJOR transformation!!! WOW!
