I made the mistake of staying a whole year and sending my son to this practice. One year made absolutely no difference and I felt as if I was wasting my time and my son's life. This practice has no receptionist and apparently no other office staff, or at least no one willing to come up to the desk unless its time to collect payment. Well then she came up pretty quick for that for sure. No one answers the phone and calls are not returned in a timely manner. On two occasions I tok my son out of school for an important appointment and each time was told we were not in the appointment book and the doctor was out of the office that day. When you walk into the waiting area it is very dark, no one checks you in and you have to push a button to "alert" your doctor that you are there. This never worked for me and I almost always had to open the door myself and go looking for the doctor in which case he was usually in his office at his computer or sometimes nowhere to be found! It has always been a constant struggle and now I have gotten smart and just plain fed up and went to a different practice and lo and behold when you call the office someone answers every time and in a pleasant voice too! And the waiting room doesn't look like the netherworld. Imagine that?

Please folks, you don't deserve to be treated this way, no one does! They should be there for you o whomever the patient is. I definitely did not have that impression at that office at all.

Once again, don't waste your time!
