American Freight is the worst! I will never buy anything from them again! We bought a couch and it would not fit through our front door when they delivered it a day later. We sent it back and then called to ask for a refund. They told us that they would not refund our money but that we could choose something else. I informed them that there was nothing else we were interested in. I then talked to a regional manager (somewhere in Delaware) who told me the same thing. Said there were signs in the store. I never saw any signs, but apparently you are supposed to see them because they sure as hell don't tell you there are no refunds. When I told them that they apparently don't do customer service, this regional manager laughed. I was beyond pissed. Do not buy anything from American Freight ever.

Unfortunately my experience with American Freight on Cobb Parkway was absolutely horrible. It actually started off as a pleasant layaway purchase. Denise, the woman who initially sold me the bedroom set was helpful and was willing to work with me AT FIRST. After I made my last payment, I was told that the bed I wanted was no longer being sold (this was not a problem because I knew this was a possibility when making a layaway purchase). However, the documents I received on the first day of purchase stated that , if after 4 weeks my merchandise was unavailable, I would be entitled to a full refund. To make a long story short, I did not receive my refund and I now have gotten my lawyer involved in what could have been a simple matter. Not only did I not get a refund, Scott was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would strongly suggest getting your furniture from a more professional, reliable company. American Freight is neither of these.
