Awesome service. They were in and out in no time. The serviceman was friendly. I'd recommend them to others.

Called in the morning concerning problem with our Whirlpool Duet washer, able to make the service call same day and set time. Technician called when on the way to the service call. Arrived, name was Mike, he was professional and explained what the problem was and cost to repair. Had the part on the truck, able to repair for reasonable price. Will use Aplha and Omega in the future and recommend to our freinds.

I've had these guys work on my refrigerator when it went out. Overall it was a positive experience - I've got an appointment the same day and the repair was completed on the first visit (the tech had parts on his truck). Would do business with again.
