I walk in and nobody will look at me. So I patiently stand there. When I realized that nobody wants to speak to me,I walk over and interrupt somebody that is staring at their desk. He tells me that this is not his regular location. So I make my way to the back of the bank and see a long line of customers waiting to speak to one teller. It just doesn't feel like there there to see customers.

I have to say I am a long time Chase customer and the changes they have made to this bank are in one word AWFUL!!!

I HATE that the first thing you see when you walk in is a machine. No more tellers. What is wrong with this bank???

I hate that whenever you call you get an automated machine telling you NO ONE is available and to CALL BACK??!

You have to make appointments to see a REAL HUMAN BEING but no one will answer the phone!!!

Chase you need to pull your heads out of your you know where and put things back the way they were, with real human beings because this customer has had it and will be taking her business somewhere else!!!
