I have bought several vehicles from Rahal, and I will never go anywhere else! Yesterday I went back once again to trade-in my vehicle. The sales manager, Kirk Thompson, was most helpful. I contacted him a couple of days in advance, and he gave some advice on how to get pre-approved for financing, This saved a lot of time. Once I got to the dealership, he had already found a few options for me, based upon what I told him I was looking for. The salesman, Justin Faircloth, took a lot of time to explain the features of the car I chose. He even set up my bluetooth and put a bumper sticker on the car for me. This is an honest and friendly place to get a car. They will bend over backwards to help you out.

Damage incurred due to improper service procedures.



Took my 2003 Nissan Sentra to Rahal Nissan to reprogram ECM. Left vehicle for mechanic to determine 'no-start when hot' problem. After four days the service writer called to say the mechanic had found the problem. I spoke with the mechanic and he said he had revved the engine to 4000-5000 rpm and after a bit the car had filled the shop with 'white' smoke so he determined the head gasket was leaking. Knowing this was not a proper procedure to determine a 'no-start when hot' problem I asked if he had checked the coolant level or for water in the oil. He responded that he had not. Went that afternoon and paid $46.xx for service and brought the car home. Started it up and noticed a great deal of smoke coming from exhaust which had never occurred before. Called for Mr. Ricky Miller to discuss the problem and was scheduled for 9:00 the next morning which appointment was later cancelled by Mr. Miller. He advised that he had investigated and found that there was no real problem but as a "good will gesture" he would refund my money. Since that time have not received a refund and have contacted Nissan USA who said they could not help so I would need to work it out with the dealer. Now I am stuck with an automobile that smokes extremely which I cannot drive nor sell without extensive repair work to correct the damage inflicted by improper procedures done by Rahal Miller mechanic. Would NOT recommend this dealership for sales or service.

A+ Experience

I had recently been shopping around for a vehicle with almost no experience. I have always tried to be upfront with dealers about that while trying not to sound naive. I worked with a salesman at a dealership, that I told what I was looking for, he said he would help. I actually never got to look at the vehicle I wanted because it was sold. I picked something similar. After my credit was pulled and before it was submitted to finance manager the salesman told me I would have problems because of mileage. 20 inquiries later they said sorry, and the salesman sent me to a buy here pay here lot. I thought he new something I didn't so I checked it out. I didn't even bother asking about anything because I at least wanted the car to have 4 wheels attached. I shipped around and found Rahal Miller. Although in a different state and about 40 minutes away, it was the best email I ever got a response to. First, I told him what happened, then what I was looking for. He actually said he would like to get me in something with fewer miles than what I asked for. A couple days later he called and said he found something. I drove to him, that afternoon even though they had closed. He waited for me. Showed me the vehicle, test drove it with me, got me financed, with lower payments than I ever expected, and used one inquiry. This man is Curtis Rogers at Rahal Miller in Marianna FL. Anybody needing anything should 100% call this man first. I am so lucky and thankful that he got my email. So ask for him. Curtis Rogers. You will never meet a nicer man that will help you actually listen to you and get what you need.
