Excellent job, did everything they said they would do. Very professional and the new roof looks great. Updated to current code which will save me some money. We were impressed with their attention to protecting our property including the swimming pool. Cleaned up very well. They have some really good crews, always friendly and respectful.

Tornado Roofing & Contracting, Inc. are highly responsive, extremely knowledgable, and the upmost professionals throughout the process of helping my family secure a new roof. We moved to FL out of state, they came recommended by a friend and I'm sure glad we got introduced to Chantel & Eddie. The family owned business is truly one of a kind, and I would highly recommend their services over and over again!

Honest and reliable. Did an excellent job. Would recommend anytime. Had a Mitigation Inspection and the inspector said it was an excellent job done. Very satisfied with this company.

Dishonest company that changed the estimate and then tried to charge for obtaining the estimate! What a waste of time and energy. I would not recommend if you're any contracting work.

We hired Tornado to redo the flat roof, an area of less than 300 sq ft, and to replace some broken tiles on the larger roof. They 'sold' us the Gaco Silicone roof, as durable, maintenance free, with a five year warranty - that was April 2015. Three years down the road, there is nothing left from the silicone layers that were supposed to last 5 years. They certainly blamed on us, for not keeping the maintenance, which consisted of cleaning the leaves on the roof a couple of times a year. We kept the maintenance on schedule, but for this year, because the first cleaning was going to happen in June, second in Dec. They came back with a new estimate of 9,000 dollars (materials not included!!!), to replace 'partially' that roof area of less than 300 sqft. We had other estimates done, and a couple of them said 'whoever' did the Gaco roof, did not put the layers as they should, one silicone, one polyester and again one silicone, and confirmed that the roof was supposed to be maintenance free, as it is impermeable and could be wiped clean. The lateral areas of the roof, where no leaves fall (vertical areas) had nothing left of the Gaco, which we learned cost 200+ a gallon and for that reason, they may have 'saved' some money on this job.

I needed a new roof after Hurricane Irma and trying to find a roofer proved to be a nightmare. It seemed like every homeowner needed roof work done and there were not enough roofers available. I called 30+ roofers to no avail, or they would make an appointment to do an estimate and then they were a no call, no show. I finally decided to call Tornado Roofing, after seeing their trucks outside my neighbor's house about a year ago. Calling them was the best decision that I made. Jorge R., the estimator, was very pleasant and took his time and explained the whole process and products to me. Chantal and everyone in the office was very responsive and any issues that I had they were quick to resolve. The re-roof did not take long especially given the fact that they worked through the holidays. The roof looks great and no more leaking!

If I could give this company NO STARS, I would. I have never ever ever in my life had a company come out and DAMAGE my home while giving an estimate and then denied it later. When asked to provide an estimate, a representative of Tornado Roofing went up on my house to "Look".This is what I requested, but this is not what the man did. Instead he actually CUT THE FLASHING without my permission in order to assertain what was wrong and then lied about it when asked why he had done it. A different company used the hose to determine where the leak was. They didn't damage my house more in order to figure out where the leak was coming from. Apparently this simple solution was not something Tornado Roofing used to diagnose problems. Instead, they will RIP UP part of your house to find the leak.

This is a terrible company that treats its new customers badly. Do not use them.

Perfect overall service! The office was always available to answer questions and inquiries in regards to the job. The guys that came out did an outstanding job in my mother's home roof. The price was very competitive in comparison to all the other companies that we quoted. Moreover, the representative that came out to quote (Rafael) gave us a very detailed explanation of the materials to be used, how the job would be done and long list of references the company has. I will certainly recommend them and I suggest you used this company for your roofing needs.

I must say I was very impressed with this company. I currently reside in N. Carolina, but my adult children live in Ft. Lauderdale. This company worked with all of us from bidding, changes and upgrades. Eddie Jr. was on site and always available by phone, Chantel went over my payments and was patient with how long my bank took to process and get to her.

This could of been a paper nightmare, but these two were especially helpful in advising and answering all my and my families questions. Work trucks were very professional and the job site was always left clean, these guys work well into the evenings if necessary.. Roof looks great. Final balance was within expectation of quote. These guys are very reasonable, on time, cooperative and skilled craftsmen.

PS....they also had done my son's roof and it received the same attention to detail.

Would reccommend to anyone! This family bussiness is worth the investment.

Most companies when asked for and estimate usually say ,we don't move this,we don't do that ...and they will push you the product that comes cheaper to them to get a higher profit.That is not the case with Tornado Roofing when I spoke with Eddie Sr .He told me ,no, don't worry about it ,if you give us permission we can cut the bushes to get to your roof .Not only did I hire them ,but I oversee them .tornado roofing is a company that listens to preference, knowledge and combine wisdom together to get the best job possible,this company has good customer service chantel always willing contact you in a friendly tone.they were willing to give me the same materials my usual company gives me and but with better service.they have craftsmanship and style.

I just bought a house and my roof needed changing immediately. Before I closed on the house I gathered several quote and narrow down my choices to two companies, a contractor and Tornado roofing. I went with the contractor, but fired the contractor after waiting a week for him to do so much as to submit a permit with the city. I contacted Tornado roofing and spoke with Eddie Jr who assured me that he would submit the permit on the same day that I signed the contract. I check with the city to see if he kept his word and sure enough there was a permit submitted. Eddie convince me to go with the Architectural shingle instead of standard 3 tab, because they last longer, but it was not the durability that impress me but it was the appearance of the house which blew me away. The job was finish in a very short time and they did it with in $30 of the quoted figure. I was able to get him on the phone 90% of the time. My experience with tornado is nothing short of great and I highly recommend them to anyone. There was one little concern for those who hire this company that is they should negotiate down the price for replacement of fascia board beyond the allotted 30 linear feet. I think they charge a little high for replace of fascia beyond the 30 linear feet. This did not affect me because I did not need more that the 30 linear feet. Beyond this point, they will always be my go to person for roofing.

Great experience with this Roofing Company. Roofers showed up that work for the company, Trucks with Logos etc. Cleaned up every day, Manager was on Site many times and answer all my questions and concerns. Calls were promptly returned , Permits pulled and inspections done. All paperwork was in order. Love my new roof and will probably not see a roofer for a long time. Thanks much Guys

Tornado Roofing is a family owned company that far exceeded my expectations due to price, professionalism and quality. I had quotes from 3 other roofing companies and Tornado came in the lowest from the get go, the others tried to match their price afterwards. Tornado requested the permit and completed the job in a very short period, always having my schedule in mind. They were extremely clean from beginning to end (not a nail was left behind), and did a great job! In the evening when I returned home if I would have not looked up on the roof I would have not known that work had been done on the house. Even my neighbors were impressed and asked me for their number. Their staff was absolutely great, very skilled, and very accomodating to my requests. Definitely will use them in the future, and highly recommend them if you need roof work. The roof looks awesome!
