Continue care of Margate sucks! The most incompetent and rude staff, (Chevra, Betsy ). 3rd BIG mess up. I had my specialist drs. Appt. After my knee surgery today (Mon); AND because of their previous incompetence I called last Fri. to make sure that they faced over my referral so I could be seen. Chevra said she faxed it out... Long story short, I went to my appt. On time to find that yet again Continue Care didn't call in my referral so they refused to see me.

Livid, I drove to continue care to see what happened & tried to retrieve my referral for my post op. (PUNCHLINE...& i wish I was kidding) They kept me waiting another 45 min.just to tell me "They said they're working on it!" Wtf?
No apologies...office manager out on lunch well over an hr.

SO, I wasted 2.5 hrs. Of limping around wat3 $40 bucks to pay the babysitter for my invisible imaginary appointment!!

If i could give no stars, I would! This is the most unprofessional Doctors office I have been to. The staff is rude, the Doctors are careless, and they are irresponsible. I was seen on a Thursday and had labs done, I was told I would get a call the next day for the results, I didnt. I called to get the results but they had not come in so they said I would get a call on Monday, of course I didn’t. I call on Monday & the receptionist answers & immediately puts me on hold. Then when he picks up, I ask about they lab results, he has no idea what I’m even talking about & then he tells me that I CANNOT GET MY LAB RESULTS OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE IT’S ILLEGAL, “DONT YOU KNOW THAT”, he says. I said no I didnt so he puts me on the phone with an MA that gives me the results!!! I waited all day for a manager to call me back & OF COURSE no one called. I will NEVER go back to this office. Save yourself the stress & irritation of going to this office. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
