I recently had Jerry Newman Roofing repair weather related damage to my garage roof.
They were most helpful in coordinating estimates, quotes and general paper work with
my insurance company, saving me an enormous amount of hassle.
When they got a break in the weather, they arrived here, and effectively completed
the project in one day, including an excellent cleanup job.

Jerry Newman Roofing installed a new roof on my house a few years ago due to hail damage. They did an excellent job. About 2 weeks ago, I noticed a small leak in my loft that appeared to be coming from the area where the fireplace chimney goes through the roof. Steve from Jerry Newman Roofing found the problem and fixed it in about an hour. It was not caused by the installation of the replacement roof but was due to an error made by the builder. I am very satisfied with their response to to my problem. They arrived at the agreed upon time and were very professional. Would highly recommend.

Jerry Newman Roofing & Remodeling was referred to us by our insurance agent. We received a visit promptly for an estimate and, despite a crowded schedule due to a severe recent storm, they were able to work us in for roof repairs and gutter guard installation within a week. The work was performed quickly and carefully despite even more rain while they worked! The employees were most courteous, their prices reasonable, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Worked with Sam and Dan on installing roof vents for exhausting our bathroom exhaust fans . We were in a time crunch with the closing date of our house sale fast approaching. They went above and beyond to get someone here in a timely manner. Steve arrived on time and the job was completed efficiently without issues. We really like that they have our information from the roof job they completed 2 years ago. That has made transferring the roof warranty to the next homeowners a smooth transition.

I've been working with Jerry Newman Roofing for years. They work on our townhome association buildings any time I have roof leaks or need gutters repaired or cleaned. They do fast and reliable work. They are my go to! I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

Due to wind damage, I needed to have some repair work done to the fascia on the front of my home. It was a small job, but I received an estimate and the work was completed much faster that I ever expected. Couldn't ask for a more professional and competent contractor. An excellent experience in that they were able to beat the schedule they said by a week, and are high quality product, good advice with product selection and excellent labor force. I rarely rate any firm this high, but would recommend Jerry Newman roofing without hesitation. I'm a licensed Architect with 28 yrs of experience with roofing systems.

Jerry Newman is a professional company. They showed up on time for the estimate, stayed about 30 minutes, submitted an estimate within one week. No they were not the cheapest but they were the best value for the money.
Once the proposal was accepted, we were kept aware of how the rain was delaying the start of the job. Once started, they were done in 2 days as promised including cleanup. We are delighted with the roof, air vents and skylights.

Excellent workmanship. Job was performed by experts to specifications and within quoted time and cost.

We used Jerry Newman Roofing to replace the roof and remove a leaking skylight. Roof was done in one day. Would definitely use again.

Good thing my problem isn�t worse than what it is! Called at 9:00am the day before & no response as of 12:48 the next day!
