Provided by YP.comI went for the Pre and Postnatal Bootcamp and I must say what a great trainer!! He was so creative and safe. He took the time to consult with my doctor and made sure I was going to reach my goal. He is certified AFPA as a trainer and pre/postnatal speceialist.
