Established in 1945, the cooperative serves more than 35,000 customers through nearly 3,200 miles of line. It serves urban, suburban and rural communities in Tucson, Green Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Corona de Tucson and Arivaca, Ariz. Trico Electric Cooperative s membership is open to everyone within the cooperative s certified geographic area. The cooperative s members contribute patronage capital to build ownership in their system to ensure sound fiscal operation.
