I have seen many complaints from people but personally this facility and those who work there are great. My children and I all go here and have had nothing but great help in all situations. Be it regular check ups or the quick care and even the dental department... I will always use the doctors here for my family. They know us by name, they remember what was last seen for and i love the fact that they actually listen to you and try to figure out the overall issue and try to resolve it...

Go any place but here for Medical Care.

I moved to tucson with my family and we chose to use marana health center because it seemed convenient but they use nurses, instead of, actual doctors and they should not be treating patients as if they are doctors. They often make errors with scheduling and appointments and in your treatment. The words I most often hear at marana health center is," I am sorry that should not have happened". If you have any other option I would greatly advise finding an actual doctor for you and your family. Only use marana health center if you have no other option. I have a lot of expeirence with hospitals and doctors over the years because of congenital health problems that have percisted through adulthood and I have never had any major problem with any doctor or hospitals. The marana health care center on 13395 N. Marana Main Street has been the most unprofessional experience I have had! I even talked to the Clinical Director, Ms. Hernandez who was very little help and also failed to return phone calls. My advice just find a real doctor and why not if you have insurance! This is your health and a nurse should not be your primary care provider. There is a reason why a nurse and doctors have differnt titles.

After several years at this facility with same PCP I was disappointed by the quick and detrimental non personal reception from them on results from a procedure that may or may not have been accurate. No chance to explain or retest just dropped period. To top it off no = 0 support from my longstanding PCP. Choose your friends, but choose your PCP very carefully. BTW other then that the facility has outstanding people who do outstanding work, the Corporate entity is the rub.
