This company has no compassion for the customer. My street had been flooding for a week. I come home one day, and have no water pressure. I call the company to report the problem, and get a message that their mail box is full, and can't accept any new messages, wtf kind of customer service is that?

This is the worst water company ever.... The lady at the front desk is so rude, they do not work with you, you call them to tell them you get a call from work to come in and so you call and ask the water company to please not shut your water off that you will bring the money in on your lunch break and the lady at the front desk says the water will get shut off unless she has the money in hand. the bill is only 36.34 and then the water company charges you another 40.00 for the disconnect fee plus another 33.30 for the up coming bill due in three weeks?? Really people? we were only 4 days late.
