Called 8 days ago, on a Tuesday, to get an estimate for yard cleanup, and was told they would have it by the weekend. Its now Tuesday, the following week, and no word. Called them back today to be told "she didn't know if they did it or not, but would check with them later to see if they still had my info and give me a call back this evening". Not the way to run a productive business, and certainly not customer appreciative to not be able to address the issue on the spot and have a plan of action to correct the obvious oversite! Definitely lost my business, and any referral in the future.
