Best service, from start to finish professional and without worry. Would like to thank Jen for setting things up and keeping it all on track.

So they will get your service initially installed perfect, very nice and quick. But it's only at the time down the road that you need assistance again that they decide they don't want to return their phone calls or hence when they aren't making commission of a new service. I've now been calling for two weeks with yet to hear from them and now have to pay $50 to dish network to have someone else come fix my service and an extra $6 to my monthly plan. Some of the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
