To whom it may concern ! We arrived at the clinic..I noticed the rugin the waiting room was filthy..full of spots,in general unclean..In the room waiting for the N.P..for almost 1 1/2...the room itself was clean but with outdated furniture,window blinds..need to be newly decorated..The young nurse was friendly,the N.P was business like..failed to try to make the patient feel comfortable..but did her job, well. All in all it was an unpleasant visit. The Receptionist was unfriendly and brisk..

Doctors are great, but their billing practice is horrible. For doctor visits they insist on billing as out-patient instead of a doctor visits. Instead of a $40 dollar co-pay you end up paying a $600 outpatient deductible. When challenged they refuse to re-code billing. Avoid this care system like the plague.
