We bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from them 2 years ago...and on and on process of being fixed...I called the service manager several times, thought she was going to take care of the problem...very cocky and nothing gets resolved...THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING MAJOR APPLIANCE FROM HERE...

i purchased my appliances 4 months ago, and one of the reasons we bought here was because of the "service" but what a freakin' nightmare!! my stove smokes like there's no tomorrow and trying to get it fixed is a joke! they sent out a tech who spent literally five minutes at my home, and didn't fix the problem. when i called albo back after waiting 3 days for someone to call me, i was told he didn't like my attitude. it's been a week since the first service call and still my stove is not fixed!! stay away from these small town people. you're much better off dealing with a national chain who is accountable to someone because these guys sure aren't, and they know it and they don't care.
