Watch Out! The Box Office in Maple Heights Ohio has extremely poor customer service. The associates have entitlement attitudes and treat their customers as if they are doing the customer a favor. They are incredibly rude. Don't put yourself through this. They have lost us as customers. With thousands of sources for packaging, there are many other businesses that treat their customers with respect. This company will not be around long with this poor customer service approach.
