Their friendliness is overrated. Some of the girls are friendly. Some of them are "nicety". That's nice nasty for those who don't know.

They expect you to stand around and wait while they serve other customers who came in after you when you are looking at stuff in the case or behind the counter. Hire more people! It's 1st come 1st serve. You can only wait on one person at a time.

if you are browsing the shelves they follow you around incessantly. It's hard to just browse. If you don't like to be followed in stores then beware they do this under the guise of being friendly. I would have spent a lot more if they had left me alone. I am a browser and a label reader. I compare ingredients, etc. after 10 minutes i gave up and left

They have a lot of brands of everything but only select stuff from each line. Limited shades and quality of braiding hair. Not much in the medium price range. Will try to steer you to the priciest stuff if you don't know any better.

Lots of cheap trinkets if you like that kind of stuff.

Everything is overpriced. You can get the same hair products at other shops and online for a better price. And a better selection.
