Worst place to take your car a total rip-off and scammer

I came in frustrated and left out calm. I initially didn't understand the extent of the damage that was done to my tire or the importance of getting it repaired right away, but the staff was very patient and explained it to me in a way I understood.

Worked with me on price, Gave me quality parts as replacement and job was done in a very timely manner. First time customer but I will definitely be back.

They keep you waiting forever it ridiculous. If you go for an oil change at 8:30 and one car is in front of you they work on one car At a time I have used them to change my oil and once to change my spark plugs and they always tell you one hour and you wait at least 3 and they so not communicate with you and tell you progress on your car until your huffing and puffing mad. Go elsewhere before you frustrate yourself trying to get something simple done to your car

The technicians at the Nationwide Car Care Center location on Lorain Rd. are very unprofessional and have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to cars. I took my car into their location because my Check Engine Soon light was on. After spending a significant amount of money on various parts that they claimed that I needed, the light came on the very next day. I took it back up there and they reset the button and told me to bring it back in if I had any problems. The light came on once again so I took the car back up to the shop. While there, the service technician decides to back another car into my car. Although the technician admitted to me that it was his fault, the car care center will not give me the money to have the damage to my car repaired and the Check Engine Soon light is still on. I would recommend going to Conrad's in Brunswick. Unlike the technicians at Nationwide Care Care Center, the technicians at Conrad's are very professional, friendly, and efficient.

i have been dealing with this company for six months about my brakes ,my brakes still is not working properly they are making all types of noise. i have took my car back several tmes between the first time i got it done (oct-07) up till now. They have told me that the breaks just needed to be clean which has been done four till five times as of today(may-08). Now my abs light is on so now what! so what is warranty ?
