Horrible experience, unfortunately...

The flyer I got clearly said "to arrive 15 minutes before the party start time - I did, but the front lady did not even get her bottom up to open the door, although I was in front of her with my little birthday princess (behind the locked glass door). I had to call in and ask why they asked me to show up 15 mins before if they would not open the door? I got no response, but a nasty look. I had to swallow it because I was with my kid and it was her birthday, but, man, I was pissed off!!! Then, when almost all the kids were already there, we had to find out that one of the girls/hostess for our party was running late. By the way - she was 20 minutes late, no apologies or anything - she was too busy telling her friend that was pulled over by a cop... Another party spoiler... Than the cake WAS NOT THE CAKE I ORDERED!!!!!!!!!! The party itself was really boring - the hostess did NOT play with the kids or anything - they were even barely talking to the kids!!! Shame on them - they should not be doing kids' parties!!! AND BECAUSE THE PARTY STARTED LATER (BECAUSE OF THE GIRL WHO WAS LATE) - WE HAD NO TIME TO PEN THE GIFTS AND LITERALLY WAS ASKED TO LEAVE "BECAUSE WE HAVE ANOTHER PARTY SCHEDULED"!!! Horribly rude people, horrible experience, never again!!!

Our son Brian had a wonderful experience at Snip-its and now this is the only salon he will go to. He loves to play the games on the computer while getting his haircut and is eager to get a prize from the magic box at the end. ######I also took my niece their on her last birthday and my sister had to indulge Sara with a mini manicure, hair updos -- the whole works! She looked just like a princess.######Give them a try!######Gina
