Our Grooming was excellent, she listen to what we wanted for our dog. Our dog had been groomed before but I wasn't happy with the groom.You could tell she loved her job. Our dog looked great with her bows. Thank you so much Rhonda the groomer at Petsmart Maple Grove Mn

Very helpful staff, Rhonda in the salon was very friendly and very informative about prices and servies they offer. We made an appt for our dog,she did a excellent grooming job on our dog. He was so very soft and happy. He has been very scared in the past,but she did a great job. He wasn't scared went we picked him up. Great Job Thank You Petsmart

Terrible boarding facility. The dogs only potty twice a day and for the rest of the time sit in their own feces in the kennel. The management only coordinates about four pet care people to care for 150 dogs and claims its because of "corporate requirements" but then lies to pet parents and tells them their pets are pampered. This boarding facility is under terrible management and definitely neglects the dogs in it's care.
