The doctor we had took care of the eye issue. However, my college son did not have insurance. We paid cash for the visits. However, when I asked for a discount when I paid, the cashier/appt lady said they don't offer discounts. So after paying for two appointments (which were needed), I called the billing office and the lady said no they can't do it because the insurance sets the limits. Of course, we are not using insurance--limits don't apply. She argued that case and then went on and on to tell me how her terrible her insurance plan is. I really don't care about her insurance plan. I asked if I could speak to her manager. She put me through to her manager and I have yet to hear back from the billing manager. However, I paid them $550 in office visits plus medications. And they weren't very nice...none of them! All I asked was for a small discount for a college kid! I didn't scream. I didn't holler. I asked nicely.

This place sucks

I have made an appointment at 1 and I'm still waiting for a doctor at its 4. They are way to slow and I am not happy of the people who work here. Bad attitude and slow pace. I have other things to get to but no. I had to wait 3 hours to get a doctor. Worst. Place. Ever.
