After an accident, Maple Grove Auto body made repairs to my car a painless experience. Mike Shoop was easy to work with, explained the process thoroughly, and made the whole experience a breeze. At first I was was overwhelmed, but Mike helped every step of the way. Turn-around time was much quicker than I had expected - and the customer service I received was second to none. My car looks great! Mike walked me through the insurance claims process, too - making sure I was comfortable with the outcome.
