They will attempt to cheat you if they think they can get away with it. I went in for a simple resizing, and they told me that my ring had a loose stone and a broken shank that needed to be replaced or the resizing would be impossible, and quoted me a price of over $300. I went to another jeweler, who confirmed that the stone was not loose and the shank was not broken, and resized the ring quickly and problem free for $35.

When I went back to speak to the manager at Jared, she informed me that the other jeweler must simply have replaced the ($240) broken shank for free without telling me.

Do not ever go here.

My husband ordered a ring from Jared online. Had it ship to the store. We had a tracking number and it show that the ring had been delivered at 10 Am. Wait until 12pm and still no email to pick up. So he went to the store to see if he could pick up the ring, but nope, no one would service him at all. So we waited and waited for the stupid email. It finally came.... at 5pm. Went to get the ring, and it came in a ZIP LOCK bag. The lady HEATHER that was helpino us was very rude. First time there and never again.

Jared is by far the best jewelry store. Prices to fit every budget and jewelry to fit every style. Love, love, love Jared.

I made a purchase at the Maple Grove location. (I am NOT a frequent jewelry purchaser.) I was greeted at the door by a very courteous employee. I asked for the manager who was busy at the time. While waiting, the 'greeter' asked if she could be of help. I told her what I was looking for. She took me directly to the showcase containing the ring I was interested in looking at.



She provided a detailed description of the ring. I decided to purchase the ring. I signed up for their 20% down, one year-no interest payment plan, and left the store feeling very satisfied.



This was the only store I shopped. My son gave me a positive review of the south, Mpls. store where he purchased an engagement ring. I was very surprised to see the LOW ratings offered on this website. My experience couldn't have been better.



IF I purchase more jewelry, I will certainly return to this store first.
