As a caregiver at Home Instead Senior Care I am truly impressed with the informed and compassionate attitude of the company, support staff and many caregivers I have met and worked with. We are given thorough training and then sent out to see clients in many different living situations. We could be doing light housekeeping and companionship for one client in their own home or personal care and errand running for another client in their assisted living apartment. Our responsibilities are different each time and every client is unique. The care plans are tailored to what each person needs to live the optimal life they want to live! Caregivers can call the office at any time and get answers and guidance for questions. There are also opportunities to attend ongoing classes each month to further enhance employees skills and abilities I would greatly recommend Home Instead for anyone looking for care for a loved one or for someone who is seeking future employment. It is a top notch company and leader in the field of home services!

When I was drawn into the caregiver role, It was unexpected. My parents were suddenly in need and I was put in the position of helping them with appointments, housekeeping, cooking, personal care and anything that would make their stay at home, comfortable. I was truly grateful and blessed that I could help.



Now, years later, I realize that I've found the perfect career at Home Instead, Maple Grove. My individual talents are respected and paired to clients so there is compatibility. The staff and management is not only professional but they also make me feel appreciated!



The many opportunities to supplement my education is priceless. I am given so many options to learn more about Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, heart disease along with how to play cribbage! The ability to make seniors smile, keep them safe and to help them live the best quality of life possible, is so very gratifying.

To keep our loved ones at home, for as long as possible, is such a worthwhile goal. Thank you Home Instead senior care for allowing me to be a positive aid in the lives of our precious seniors!

I chose Senior Care as my second career and I chose to work with Home Instead due to their fine reputation with clients, the extensive-ongoing training and variety of educational programs provided to their Caregivers. My skills have been sharpened and my experience broadened. I have had the opportunity to provide Companion care, Personal Care, Dementias/Alzheimer’s care, Comfort care within the hospice process. All of these experiences were rewarding because of the people we serve. Home Instead helps me to be the best Caregiver I can be!



The Maple Grove, MN office I work with is responsive to clients and Caregivers.

The office staff really understands how important the coordination is between those that want/need help and those who can provide the right help, working to customize care.

There is a relationship between the clients, Caregivers and the office. As a Caregiver, I can count on the office to give guidance and structure to the services we provide. The clients can count on well trained, supervised staff with a quick response from the office when there are changes, questions or concerns.

I appreciate being a part of a company that strives to provide the best care for the clients and a rewarding work experience for the Caregivers.
