We’ve used them twice now! APlus!! 1st time was carpets in house . They took payment on completion! We had a slight problem in one spot where kitchen meets rug.
They came out and made it right

Love our new vinyl plank floors! Everyone at Central Carpet was so knowledgeable with helping us pick the flooring that was perfect for our needs. The workers were always on time and very polite and respectful. They were very skilled with all aspects of the job including removing the old carpets and some tile, laying new sub flooring, installing the new vinyl planks and trim molding. We even got some carpet area rugs from Central Carpet that were cut to our size needs. We definitely would recommend Central Carpet...a professional, local company.

Great people work in the store. Great people install the flooring. I had a powder room and bathroom floor redone. Beautiful work, done in a quick period of time. I even had the installer come back and use a remnant on my cellar stair steps. A rep called me to say I would save money if I did both floors in the same color. I still wanted them different. They did not have to tell me that. I cannot say enough about the service and workmanship.

We had carpet installed in our living room. While we were very well pleased with the carpet, a seam became very noticeable. Central Carpet acknowledged the problem and attempted to correct it. When this proved to be unsuccessful they replaced the entire carpet. We appreciate a business that guarantees their product and stands behind their work.

This is the second time I have had them out to do my carpets and by the time they were done both times the carpet throughout house is like new after pets, teenagers, mildew basement, mug tracking mess, and major stains this 2nd time!!! Professional, quality, and team truly cares their customers are satisfied and happy!!! Sound advice added in managing carpetcare ongoing as well. The best!! Flexible with scheduling appts too.

I just want to say how awesome Lou was who cleaned our carpets. He was very professional, nice and made me feel comfortable. Sometimes when you have service people that need to come to your house, you don't know who your going to get and I get nervous being a female and alone. I hope the owner acknowledges Lou. Also, I have ordered carpet here and same thing.

I've used them for everything: new carpet, new vinyl flooring, carpet cleaning, and duct cleaning. They do beautiful work and use professional people, AND they are very price competitive. Empire Carpet came out and quoted us on their "half price flooring and installation" special sale, and Central Carpet's price was lower.

These guys were great! Professional and friendly. I will most defiantly be calling them again the next time I need my carpets cleaned. Also the price was very inexpensive.. What they did in 45 minutes would have taken me a day and a half to do. Thanks so much guys!!

We had new carpet installed in all carpeted areas of our house and couldn't be happier with the excellent, professional, courteous and thorough service of Tony and Heather. I couldn't believe how they remembered exactly where each piece of furniture went in every room after they were finished laying the carpet. And they cleaned everything up after they were finished so that you wouldn't even have known any work was being done in the house. Fantastic!!

Tony and Chris did a wonderful job on our carpets. They were hard working and friendly.

You cannot go wrong with Ken's Central Carpet! If you're in the market for new flooring or carpet, stop in and talk to Lindsay. She will help you with ideas and samples based on what you tell her. Ken will come to your home and take measurements and get back to you with an estimate within a day or two. Scheduling is easy, and their installer, Ed, and his assistant, Dimitri, will be there right on time in the morning, and they do an excellent job. Ed is the simply the best! Give this business a try. You won't be disappointed.

We received vinyl flooring from Central Carpet. From the person in the store room to measuring our floor to installing the floor - Every step was done professionally and on time. Plus the fact that it looks great - almost like tile and is easier to clean. I will definitely use Central Carpet in the future.
