In January I had my eyes examined ,ordered new diatance glasses which ended up costing me 565.00 had them give me prescriptions for the reading and computer glasses. Went to another place and ordered reading glasses and a spare pair of distance glasses which cost me $84,00 per pair, the reading glasses were the same as my old ones so went to Costco and orderd reading glasses, that's when I was told the prescription was for last years glasses, took numerous phone calls and finally a trip to the optical office to finally get the proper prescription, I told them I was out $84 from THEIR mistake, was told they were oh so very sorry. I am an elderly person on a very fixed income an $84 can buy a lot of food. Its too bad I can't use their so very sorry as money. The office was very unco-opertive in not returning phone calls or faxing the proper prescription to Costco, Costco also said they could have filled the one that I paid over $550 for under $300 for the exact same thing.
