Originally founded As McFall, Burnett & Martin in 1946 by then future Congressman John J. McFall and Associates, the McFall, Burnett & Brinton Law Firm was established in 1980 by John D. Brinton. Our practice focuses on Family Law, Estate Planning, Business, Corporate, Real Estate Law, and Personal Injury cases.
