Very dissapointed.. booked an appointment with Marrisa and when i went in somehow my name had been erased from their books and she had another client. She said she could squeeze me in while the other client was processing or i could reschedule. I was not going to pay for a half-a** service & it was not worth waiting another two months so she can fix a color i wasnt completely happy with the first time

Excellent. They really work with the customer's needs and listen to what the customer wants. They handle hair problems very delicately, and make the customer feel good about him/her self. They strive to make the customer look his/her best no matter how little hair they have or what kind of hair problem they have. I'm very well pleased with the stylist, and their professionalism. The salon staff is great at helping to find just the right product for your hair needs, they're caring, friendly, and knowledgeable about hair care products.
