If you are buying a fannie mae foreclosure from these agents and the price is fairly low...look out! They are in no hurry to close the deal! They make you do all the phone calls if you want anything done!! They had the clear title for a week and lied to us saying they had no idea!! They are putting the blame on the bank and everybody else possible!! Lazy and unprofessional! !
