Provided by YP.comWhile my kids and I adore a few of the teachers here, I, as a parent, am quite disappointed with the management. We've been at this location for 3 years and are on director number 4. Each change in director has been a step down and results in less and less communication. I used to walk in and be greeted daily by either the director or assistant director but now, I'm not sure I could find them even if I wanted to. We do however, love the PreK program. Mrs. Trina in the APK room is fantastic and my kids come home every day with more knowledge and a true passion for the pursuit of that knowledge. There are other teachers in the school that are less desirable, however. Teachers that don't quite have the patience for young children, use terrible grammar, have poor attitudes, and generally just seemingly come in to collect a paycheck. I suppose you'll find those employees wherever you go, but I would think that with the high 'tuition' we pay, those would be weeded out a little better. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't choose this school and I certainly don't recommend it to anyone I know.

Provided by SuperpagesMy child has been at the facility for a little over a year now, and everything and everyone has been absolutely wonderful. We are always greeted when we come in and the teachers and management are helpful when my husband and I have questions. After touring other schools, we were looking for one that felt like home and we know now that we have found it. No question about it, this location has been great for our family!!

Provided by SuperpagesMy child has attended this facility since 2007. While I was disappointed that the ability to view online never came to be, I have still been very pleased with the care she has received here. The facility itself is extremely clean and modern, and the teachers are very caring and well-informed about effective early childhood education. Also, I have NEVER seen the two assistant directors, Sasha and Veronica, without smiles on their faces! :-) They greet every parent and are always helpful and polite when I've had questions. I saw the negative review below, and it appeared to be a personal matter between the director and the parent. Please check out this wonderful facility for yourself before you allow one negative review to color your opinion of Children's Courtyard.

Provided by SuperpagesWOW!! I had to read that crazy review that keeps popping up three times! This issue can't possibly be the schools. This school is awesome and the staff took great care of my child. Maybe the kid needed other medical attention - maybe the mom needs some too!!! I have moved and with two children have experienced 4 daycares. The Childrens Courtyard has been like a home to us and the staff has been incredible. My son was in class with a child who actually needed some medical attention and the teacher is the one who noticed the change in the child and notified the parents. I always felt safe with my kids there knowing these teachers were paying attention to even minor changes in behavior or mood, that could have been something bigger left undetected. The community there is so tight, I often see staff at birthday parties (including ours). Great job Tammie, Sacha and Veronica (I totally trust you with my childen and hope you are rewarded regularly for a job well done),

Provided by SuperpagesLove this place. Great staff, great directors, great facility. My son has attended this school since he was 2 (2007 - no issues with diapers) and is still there. It is hard to get out of there in the afternoon because he likes to say goodbye and hug all of his old teachers. My daughter has attended after school care and summers as well. I have and will continue to recommend this school and staff to friends.

Provided by SuperpagesWhen i saw the other review i cringed. My son who is now 3 went to this school and loved it. He was never bit, never had his face grabbed and was never criticized for a dirty diaper and never had any health problems other than colds. The only reason he left the school is because we moved to fort worth and thats too much of a commute. To this day he still says he wants to go back.

Provided by Superpages1ST, I would like to clarify that this business is actually a "Children's Courtyard" which is owned by Learning Care Group. This facility should be shut down, mostly because of it's director who has no business caring for children. I was suckered into their " Watch Me Grow" program that allows parents to watch their child in their classroom from their computer at work. Well, that never became a reality. My daughter who is 2, along with various other children, were bit frequently, endured multiple bladder infections resulting in catheters, had their faces grabbed, and were ridiculed for having dirty diapers. Once my daughter moved to the Toddler 2 class, she started saying "Im sorry" when I would change her dirty diapers at home or she would look away as if she was ashamed. I asked the director if I could see the video tape of the classroom and she said that was confidential, When I called the regional manager, she said that the tapes start over at midnight. so their would be nothing fo
