Stopped by to pick up a chicken strip dinner, waited at the window for about 10 min when a girl opened window and said chicken came up will have it to you in a second. Closed window, opened window again handed me food, I opened the food to check because I had ordered french fries not tots. In the box was tater tots and chicken, i said we ordered french fries and there is no gravy, no toast and no onion ring, she took it back and said ya we put to to in it and we don't have gravy. I asked for a refund since she was being so rude. She closed window and a few minutes later another girl came to window and handed back the receipt and said it has been refunded. I asked to speak to the manager and the first girl came back to the window. I said that the past few times u had stopped at this location the service was rude but this time was worse, I should have been told at the time I ordered that there was no gravy, she then started getting really rude e and yelled if you had not attacked me you would have heard me say there was no gravy that was the first thing I told you. I asked for the store manager name and number she wrote down the number not the name, gave it back to me said go ahead and call see what he does about you attacking me! Is thus the kid of customer service you want Sonic?

Very poor manager and very poor service.
