Forever Blue Pool

I hired this company to clean my pool once a week and to maintain the chemicals. My husband is serving in Iraq and I can't not take care of my pool alone. Steve (the man I spoke with) was very polite on the phone and we came to an agreement. They showed up the first week just fine and cleaned the pool.



The next week I was in my backyard with my two dogs when they started to bark I went over the gate and saw the pool guy walking away. I figured he was going to the front door to ask me to let the dogs in. I walked directly through the house and out the front door. By the time I got out front (under a minute) the man had left. I called the number I had and again spoke to Steve. He said there were two "viscous" dogs in the backyard and they did not feel comfortable coming back. I understand that (even though they were just barking as dogs do) but did not understand why they didn't knock and ask me to put them up. He said “that’s not their policy, if they see dogs they just leave”. He said they would be out tomorrow and not to worry about it. They never showed up again and when I called he said since we have dogs he cannot help us!



So if you have a dog and occasionally put them out back, as I do and they bark when people approach the gate (as they should their dogs) do not use this pool service. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF YOU OWN DOGS!!!!



Oh and it doesn’t help to “warn” them you have dogs. I told him our first conversation that I had inside dogs that have access to the backyard only when I am home. He said that wasn’t a problem. Apparently he lied. They will not knock if your dogs are out back and is someone out back with them and cars in the driveway. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE A RELIABLE COMPANY WITH RESONABLE POLICYS!!!!
