I will never go back to this place again. Yeah it's all nice on the inside...a waste of $78.00. I got a spa pedicure and gel nail polish manicure. My daughter got gel polish. First of all the pedicure was a weak one. I asked her to match my gel color to a regular polish. When I got outside it didn't match at all. My manicure diamond stone popped off within 2 hours later. My nail broke off and peeled all the way back . I went on with strong nails and whatever she did made my nails weak and soft. Plus she made my daughter nail too short. I'm not pleased. It's no use arguing with them. The owner and staff seem like they are satisfied with there work. Ugh. I'm glad I didn't leave no tip. What a waste of time and money! So not pleased i rate this no stars. So I only did one cause I couldn't figure out how not to give no stars!!!! Unsatisfactory!!!

This place is terrible! My tech was so extremely rude! She tried to talk me into something that I didn't want and when I told her no and told her what I DID want she treated me so poorly. Rushed through the entire manicure and did a very sloppy job. She was rude and acted like she didn't want to be doing it at all. I will NEVER go back!!

Do not go to this nail spa! I started going to Fancy's and used several technicians, until I found one that was really terrific. I asked to make an appointment with her for the next fill, and was repeatedly told that I couldn't make appointments and would have to take "who ever was next" I took the technicians cell number and would call her directly to find out when it was 'safe' to come in....when I would get there the owner, tracy would give me a very hard time, about my wanting this great technician.

I even took some friends with me to have a pedicure party and we were told we couldn't sit together. I gave up fighting with the owners after 2 years going there.

A visit at a spa should be relaxing and enjoyable--not a confortational situation.

Disappointed. Four of us went to get pedicures. My daughter had an acrylic nail applied to her big toe that has a nail missing before beginning hers. Meanwhile 3 of us were seated to soak our feet. Our pedicures were started immediately. I asked my tech if I could soak a bit more before beginning and was granted 3 minutes. My daughter was then seated and her pedicure was finished before the rest of us. My sister and niece then decided to try the manicure service offered. My niece asked the tech 5 times not to file her nails any shorter but continued to do so and then one hand ended up square shaped and the other oval. We got the tech over to look at it but she would not even acknowledge the difference. She lost her tip. The manager/owner did nothing to help. Service felt rush, not relaxing at all. Last time for us.

i like this place a whole lotsi LOVE this place but they serve you a little toooo fast they do not give you time to relax.

I have been going to Fancy Nails for 2 years and absolutely love this place. I work north of DFW Airport and have tried several nail salons in Las Colinas and Valley Ranch, but none compare to the quality of service, staff professionalism, and variety of nail colors at Fancy Nails. LOVE THEM!!!!!

At first loved this salon, until I was paired up with a tech that cut my fingers three times with the drill, then burned the skin around my nail with the buffer. The pain brought me to tears, and I'll never go back.

The surrounding is so beautiful and relaxing, however i was disappoint in the work they did on my solar set.

I went here 2 times and had different ladies that worked on mine, one mange to file into my skin (which hurted like hell).

The pricing is way over priced a solar set is about 37 to 40, while the fill is around 32 to 40 itself! This place was way overpriced when compare to the other places that I've been too...wouldn't recommend!

First experience was great. Then learned I couldn't request a particular technician and had to take whoever was up next. I tried it and had a terrible experience. The technician was rough, jerking my hand around, filed them down so far my nail bed burned, four of my fingers have burn places (small scabs) and are sore. I asked for a pink fill and she filed pink and white down to the tip that had been put on 3 weeks earlier and then she had to do a pink and white fill to fix it. She ruined the beautiful nails the technician had done the first time. If I am paying with my money, why can't I request my nails be done by technician of my choice? Why does the salon tell me who I must use? I don't think this is good customer service. I thought I had found a nice salon but I don't intend to return and take a gamble on possibly having a similarly negative experience again.

Ask for Julie, she's great and does some beautiful custom painting on your toe nails. The price is nice too, a spa pedicure for under $25.
