This location lost a pair of my pants. They didn't give me a receipt for my drop off, so I'm out $125 for a new pair. I called to talk with a manager. I didn't hear back for a week. When I did hear from the manager, Melissa Fiver, she said she would do some research and get back to me. It's been a few weeks and I haven't heard anything. Horrible service!
