The meats are fantastic. Try the aged filet. You can't beat it. I pan fry mine for about 8 minutes per side (depending on the thickness) in a tiny bit of olive oil and sprinkled with garlic powder, and they taste like I'm dining at a 5-star restaurant. We bought two pre-seasoned flavors of fajita chicken meat (Tex Mex and Authentic - both delightful) and some of the Tex Mex fajita beef and grilled those on the Weber for just a few minutes each side, sliced them for fajitas, and they were simply the best tasting fajitas around. This has become my favorite meat store of all time. I've also purchased the pork chops. Tasty! I don't regret any purchase I've made there. The meat is always first rate. A carnivores delight! The price on the filet can't be beat either, just 12.99 a pound.

Best beef jerky I have ever tasted. My brother took me there when I was visiting Arlington Texas a few years ago and now I order almost every month. My wife likes the peppered jerky and I favor teriyaki jerky. They ship it out immediately and no shipping if over 55 dollars. I salivate waiting for the package.
