This is not the spa to patronize if you are looking for customer service and relaxation. My experience with them was stressful and I lost money and was never given the massage I paid for. I booked the couples massage. I called and told them I was running late. I came to the spa to re-schedule they did re schedule but charged my card 200.00. They told me I could not come on a Saturday and had to pay 50% off of another service. I never received the service that was 200.00. Stay away as this spa is unprofessional and does not care about maintaining its customer base

Avante 360 is hands down the best salon in the metroplex. Immediatley upson entering I was greeted by kind and friendly faces. The front desk is consistant, great, and smart. I received a highlights and a cut by J-Lo and she used a technique that I have never heard of before and it turned out GREAT! It is clean, smells good, plus you get complimentry wine and champagne. Two girls, Lindsay and Falan, at the front were so helpful in helping me choose gifts for my two youngest daughters upon check out. I even bought a gift card!! I will defintley be going back.
